Taplive Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Taplive’s Affiliate Program. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to abide by these rules and Taplive’s general policies. You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Taplive Affiliate Program.

1. Program Eligibility

To be eligible for Taplive’s Affiliate Program, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions, have an active Taplive account, and maintain compliance with our policies. Affiliates must be 18 years or older to participate in the program.

2. Commission Structure

• Free Plan Members earn 30% commissions on every new paid member referred.
• Plus Plan Members earn 40% commissions on every new paid member referred.
• Pro Plan Members earn 50% commissions on every new paid member referred.
• Commissions are awarded once, per new paying subscriber, based on the first successful payment.

3. Referral Requirements

• Commissions are only earned if a referred member upgrades from a free plan to a paid plan within 30 days of their initial registration.
• Only new subscribers are eligible for commissions.

4. Payout Threshold

• Commissions will be paid via Stripe or PayPal once your commission balance reaches $25.
• Payments are processed monthly, following verification.

5. Right to Withhold Commissions

• Taplive reserves the right to review and withhold commissions if we determine that referrals were obtained through inappropriate or fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Taplive maintains the right to make final decisions on what constitutes a violation or improper conduct.

6. Right to Terminate Affiliate Agreements

• Taplive reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement without notice if the affiliate’s actions or referrals violate these Terms and Conditions or if behavior is deemed detrimental to Taplive’s reputation or brand.
• Affiliates who attempt to manipulate, misrepresent, or otherwise exploit the program may be disqualified, and any pending commissions may be forfeited.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Taplive reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By joining the Taplive Affiliate Program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
