Terms of Service for Taplive

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website Taplive.me (the “Site”) and services provided by Taplive (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“user,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Site and services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Keep your password confidential and secure.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of Services

5. User Content
By posting, uploading, or otherwise submitting any content to the Site, you grant Taplive a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your content in connection with operating and providing the services.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Subscription Fees
Taplive offers services for which a monthly subscription fee is charged. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other payment platforms like Zelle and Apple Pay. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees.
6.3 Billing Cycle
The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on a recurring monthly basis thereafter, unless and until you cancel your subscription. Billing occurs at the same time each month based on the date of your initial subscription.
6.4 Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any fee changes. Your continued use of the service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.
6.6 Affiliate Program Agreement
By joining Taplive’s Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Taplive Affiliate Program. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Commission Structure: Commissions will be awarded only for new subscribers who sign up under your unique referral link. Free plan members will earn 30%, Plus members will earn 40%, and Pro members will earn 50% commissions on the first payment of new paid members.
Payout Threshold: Commissions will be paid via Stripe or PayPal once your commission balance reaches $25.
Referral Timeline: Commissions are only awarded if a referred free member upgrades to a paid plan within 30 days.
Right to Withhold Commissions: Taplive reserves the right to review and withhold commissions if we determine that referrals were obtained through inappropriate or fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Right to Terminate: Taplive reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion, without notice, if policies are violated or if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Taplive makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site and services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taplive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Taplive be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Site or services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site.
10. Governing Law
