Taplive – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Taplive (“Taplive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Taplive regarding your use of our mobile application, websites, or other online products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Taplive application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Legally Binding Agreement
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accept this EULA. If you do not agree with any term or condition in this EULA, you are not authorized to use Taplive.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the conditions contained herein.
2. Modifications to this EULA
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this EULA at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice within the app. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
3.1 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Taplive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Taplive mobile application on any compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Restrictions
- You shall not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, loan, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
- You shall not circumvent or attempt to tamper with any security or licensing mechanisms used by Taplive.
- You shall not use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update this information if it changes.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
4.3 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us at info@taplive.me. Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data, except as required or permitted by law.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Subscription Offerings
Taplive may offer premium services or subscription plans with recurring billing. Subscription details, including pricing and payment intervals, will be displayed in the app. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Taplive or its third-party payment processor to charge your payment method at the recurring intervals.
5.2 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically continue at the applicable subscription fee.
5.3 Cancellation
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in your device settings or the applicable app store. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. User Conduct and Obligations
- You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt the Services or interfere with another user’s use of Taplive.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with Taplive (excluding User Content) are the property of Taplive or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership interest in such property.
7.2 User Content
By uploading or posting content (“User Content”) to the Services, you grant Taplive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, store, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant this license.

By using Taplive, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined therein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- TAPLIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
- TAPLIVE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPLIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taplive, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Termination
Taplive may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Services. Upon termination, Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue to apply.
14. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taplive regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or communications (whether written or oral).
